This Contract is between the City of Eugene, hereafter called City or Agency, and WBGS Architecture and <br />Planning, PC, an Oregon Professional Corporation, hereafter called Contractor or Architect. The City is not an <br />agent of the State of Oregon, but is called "Agency" hereunder to be compatible with the terminology used in <br />the federal forms required in connection with the funding for the Work described herein. City's Contract <br />Administrator for this Contract is Russell Mecredy, Project Manager, (541) 682-6024. <br />2. This is Amendment Number Two. <br />3. The Contract entered into on Mazch 1, 2002 shall be amended as follows: <br />ODOT PersonaUProfessional Services Contract, Page 1, "E, fj"ective Date and Duration": the expiration date of <br />this contract shall be extended until August 31 2005. <br /> <br />ODOT Personal/Professional Services Contract, Page 1, "Consideration'; Exhibit A Part 2 page 1 ' A ", and <br />Addendum One: the new total to be paid Contractor shall be increased from the current total of $677,155.00 by <br />$105,561.00 for services, for a total contract not-to-exceed amount of $782,716.00. <br />"Exhibit A, Part 1 of 3 Statement of Work and Delivery Schedule, " shall be revised to include services as shown <br />on the "Addendum to Exhibit A, Part 1 of 3," attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />The "Addendum to Exhibit A, Part 3 of 3, Calculation of Overhead Rate and Breakdown of Direct Labor & <br />Direct Non-labor Cost" details revised rates and costs for services and is attached hereto and by this reference <br />made a part'hereof. <br />The "Addendum to Exhibit A, Part 3 of 3, Summary of Estimate for Services " details the expenses for additional <br />services and is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />4.
