This check is needed to process our right of access <br />agreement for the depot rehab project. <br /> <br />I have received the contractors signed endorsement page, their insurance certificate copies and check, <br />and I am circulating this agreement for signatures. As soon as this is received back, likely this Friday, I <br />would like to have the above check so I can get this and the associated documents in the mail to Union <br />Pacific. The project timeline is such that delay in this process will affect the commencement of work on <br />site. <br />
