The acquisition and use consists of the acquisition of fee <br />interests as described in Exhibits 1-4, hereto, and is part of larger parcels of real property. <br />The purpose of acquiring the real property is to construct the above described improvements. <br />4. <br />Defendant 7enova Land Company is the owner of the real property described in <br />Exhibits 1-4. <br />5. <br />Defendant Station Masters, Inc. is an Oregon corporation and claims some right, title <br />and interest in the subject property. <br />6. <br />Defendant View Design, Inc. is an Oregon corporation and claims some right, title <br />and interest in the subject property. <br />~~~~ <br />Page 2 PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT <br />a <br />
