Please have the <br />check routed to me and I will make copies and then deliver to the attorney's office for deposit with the courts. <br />The check cycle with the check to be available this Wednesday or Thursday 8/21 or 8/22 should work fine. <br />Should there be a decision to hold off on depositing, I will keep you informed. That way the funds will be there at such time the Courts do award <br />possession. We lose the interest it would be earning for the short period of time, but I understand we will <br />soon get it reimbursed from ODOT so that should make minimal difference. Let me know if you prefer we <br />hold off. I believe you were first going to try to <br />call Jenova's attorney to see if they would stipulate to the early possession and if they did not then we would <br />ask the courts to grant it.
