These are: <br />Rent Paid $6,177.60 <br />Utilities Paid 615.06 <br />Total Expense $6,792.66 <br />We have also received rent from that property, which for FY04 will be: <br />Rent Received $1,870.00 <br />So, the difference between expenditures and revenue is $4,922.66, which 618-2619 should be reimbursed for <br />since this seems more of a project expense, rather than operating. <br />The question is, is this money coming from the Train Depot project, and if so, who needs to approve of this <br />expenditure? I'd like to get this cleared up before the end of June, if possible. <br />
