We propose to perform all work in accordance with our existing <br /> price agreement (#0739-791-9971 #27) dated Apri128, 2003. <br /> We anticipate that the maximum fee for services covered by this amendment will be $1,550 for a <br /> total contract amount of $20,033.74. This amendment includes work to be performed by <br /> Binhong Wu as subconsultant to PWR. We anticipate using the services of Ms. Wu for a <br /> maximum of 8 hours at $82 per hour. This amendment also includes a similar level of effort for <br /> PWR's project engineer (Stephen Blanton), chazged out at an hourly rate consistent with our <br /> existing price agreement, and a small amount of time for management and expenses. <br /> If this letter amendment is acceptable, please indicate your approval by executing the two signed <br /> copies provided and returning one.
