We propose to perform all work in accordance with our <br /> existing price agreement (#0739-791-9971-#3) issued April 28, 2003 and renewed on Apri128, 2004. <br /> <br /> t <br /> The attached scope of work and cost estimate covers what has been called Phase 2 of the project. As per <br /> your request and due~to funding constraints, PWR has divided the Phase 2 work into two separate phases, <br /> 2A and 2B. Phase 2A includes Tasks 1 through 7 of the attached scope of work and Phase 2B includes <br /> Tasks 8 and 9. <br /> This letter only authorizes PWR to complete the work outlined in Phase 2A (i.e. works tasks 1 through 7) <br /> at a not to exceed cost of $54,460. It is PWR's understanding that at some later date the City intends to <br /> I, authorize the completion of Phase 2B (i.e. work tasks 8 and 9) at a not to exceed cost of $14,566. <br /> ,However, this letter agreement only authorizes the Phases 2A work. <br /> j If this letter and its attachments are acceptable, please indicate your approval by having Mark Schoening <br /> I. sign and send two original copies and I will then sign both and return one for your records.
