r <br /> <br /> ~Mrr EUGENE CO#2004-00241 <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> AMENDMENT #2 <br /> WHEREAS, Lane Council of Governments, an organization of governments within Lane <br /> County, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as LCOG, and City of Eugene, hereinafter <br /> referred to as CITY entered into an intergovernmental agreement on April 5, 2004 for <br /> participation in the 2004 Regional Orthophotography Acquisition project. The <br /> agreement was amendment August 6, 2004 to extend the ending date through <br /> September 30, 2004. ' <br /> WHEREAS, LCOG and CITY mutually agree to the following amendments to the <br /> contract: <br /> 1. The Scope of Work will be revised to include additional Digital Ortho Imagery <br /> as outlined in Attachment A. <br /> 2. The date will be extended through December 31, 2004. <br /> 3. The compensation will be increased by $8,192.50 to cover the cost of <br /> services outlined in Attachment A, for a total agreement amount not to <br /> exceed $38,591.50.
