RA-10 Remove tree $600 <br />Map 17-04-13-22, tax lot 1900 <br />I <br />2. RA-16 Remove tree $300 <br />3. RA- 18 Remove tree $300 <br />4. RA- 21A Trim and/or top $75 <br />Tree RA- 21A will need to be topped and trimmed in order to facilitate installation <br />of utilities. It is understood the City of Eugene and/or its' contractors will top <br />and/or trim the side of the tree which will affect the proposed utility lines. The <br />City also has permission to trim the unaffected side in order to balance the tree. <br />Acting as representative for Charles N.
