The Warranty <br />Form-Street deed is to be used with the two legal descriptions you have for tax tots 3600 <br />and 3601 and state "River Avenue Right of Way Acquisition" at the top. The new deed is <br />a Conveyance of Utility Easement and the legal description " 3' Wide River Avenue <br />P.U.E. Acquisition" covers a portion of tax lot 3601. <br />We have added $100 to the price to cover this new public utility easement, raising the <br />price back to $17,200 total. I am ordering another check for $100 and it should be ready <br />for me to pick up on April 1, a Thursday. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at 682-5714.
