The City will also verify the location <br /> I <br /> of existing utilities that may conflict with proposed drainage system improvements. <br /> i <br /> PROJECT STAFF <br /> Mike Fowler, P.E. will serve as the project manager. John Holroyd, P.E. will provide project <br /> r oversight and QA/QC. Todd Coleman, P.E. and Rod Lundberg, EIT will provide design <br /> engineering services. Leroy Pettijohn will provide CAD services. Shannon Spolek will serve as <br /> project administrator. <br /> ESTIMATED BUDGET <br /> The total cost to complete the analysis and preliminary design of capital projects is $18,550. A <br /> detailed breakdown of hours and staff by task are presented in Table 1.
