<br /> 22. Environmental Matters. Contractor shall comply with and require its subcontractors to <br /> comply with all applicable Federal, State and local statutes, ordinances, orders, rules and <br /> regulations relating to the protection of human health and environment, including, but not <br /> limited to, the use, storage, release, spill, disposal or other handling of petroleum products <br /> and other hazardous substances.
