EXHIBIT B <br /> Lincoln Yards Warehouse Demolition Requirements <br /> SUMMARY OF WORK <br /> The work includes obtaining all necessary permits, removal of the Warehouse building, removal <br /> of associated storm and sanitary piping in the building area and cap below grade, removal of <br /> electrical and communications wires back to point of service pole connection, maximum <br /> recycling and reuse of materials and equipment feasible, disposal of remaining materials to a <br /> suitable location, and backfill voids in grade from foundations etc with stable aggregate fill. See <br /> also reference drawing attached for scope. <br /> In addition: <br /> 1) The contractor is to remove all asphalt paving as well as all concrete floor assemblies <br /> inside the warehouse. <br /> 2) The 3`x/4'" Connector roadway shall be unobstructed at all times by demolition <br /> operations, with the following exception -the Contractor may close one lane of the <br /> roadway for up to one week, the Contractor shall obtain and pay for City of Eugene <br /> permit for partial width street closure, and the contractor shall provide and maintain <br /> flagging and cones for safe traffic passage during the lane closure. No less than a single <br /> lane of travel shall be available at all times with flagging provided by the contractor. All <br /> other times the travel shall be unobstructed. <br /> <br /> ~r? <br /> GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> The contractor shall be responsible for protecting all labor, materials, equipment, components, <br /> clean-up and disposal etc. for the successful completion of the work. The contractor shall be <br /> solely responsible for: 1) all safety programs and practices; 2) all work methods and means; and <br /> 3) conformance with all applicable local, state, and federal rules, ordinances, regulations, and <br /> laws having jurisdiction. Include all costs associated with permits and fees. Provide the City <br /> with one complete copy of project documentation including quantities of material for recycling <br /> and reuse. <br /> <br />
