Standard Specifications. . This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. The parties to this contract do not intend to confer on any third party any rights under this contract. 29. Bureau of Labor and Industries Fes. Purstaant to the provisions of ORS 279.352(2) and the administrative rule of the Labor Commissioner, Contractor shall: 29.1. The contractor shall pay a fee equal to one-tenth of one percent (0.1 percent) of the price of this contract, but not less than $100 or more than $5000, regardless of the contract price. The fee shall be paid on or before the first progress payment or 60 days from the date work first began on the contract, whichever comes first.
