Purstaant to the provisions of ORS 279.352(2) and <br /> the administrative rule of the Labor Commissioner, Contractor shall: <br /> 29.1. The contractor shall pay a fee equal to one-tenth of one percent (0.1 percent) of <br /> the price of this contract, but not less than $100 or more than $5000, regardless of the <br /> contract price.
