<br />Proiect Description <br />The city plans to renovate and improve the connector road of 3`d and 4~' <br />avenue between Lincon St. and Pearl St. The city has requested that GPR <br />Data provide a proposal for bedrock mapping and utility surveying for this <br />project. <br />The proposal is broken into two parts area 1 and area 2. Area 1 is the <br />intersection at Pearl and West Fourth. Area 2 has multiple survey sites; <br />station 5 + 50 to 12 + 25, station 17 +50 to 19 + 75 for a total of 900 linear <br />feet. <br />Scope of Services <br />Area #1 survey purpose: Utility Survey <br /> <br />Specific project information regarding each of the two survey locations: <br />a. Prepare a 3D two direction high resolution survey of street intersection. <br />Survey dimensions are 34 feet wide by 100 feet long with data collection <br />paths 2 feet on center on an X and Y coordinate system. <br />b. Data collection will begin with a 400 MHZ antenna shielded and ground <br />coupled with depth penetration of 8-10 feet deep. A previous survey depth <br />test has been completed on this project for penetration, prior to proposal. <br />c. Depth of utilities will be established in survey by ground truth. Manual <br />depth checks will be calibrated into radar collection unit. <br />d. Traffic control will be provided by City of Eugene. Area #1 will require <br />approximately 4 hours for data collection. <br /> <br />
