I will continue to move forward with developing the documents <br /> to a point where you can give them a good review. <br /> I understand it may still be a little while for the design documents to be sufficierrtly <br /> developed to finalize the JPA, but we can be substantially complete prior to that <br /> time. Truthfully, I released a sigh of relief when you told me the project was <br /> scheduled for construction in 2005. I suggest we look toward making permit <br /> application this fall, in order to give the state and federal agencies plenty of time for <br /> p~Cessing. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to assist you with this project, Steve.
