AII exhibits are incarporated by reference. <br />A. Authorizat~on <br />Thrs grant ~s authorized by QRS 541,351 to 541,401 and is subject to Uregon Admin~stra~ive <br />Rules 695M~a 1-~0~0 to ~95-D54~a~50, as such rules may periodically be amended by ~he Board, <br />B. Grant Award <br />The Gran~ee agrees to perform the projec~ described in the grant applicatian ~Exhibit H} and <br />as spec~f ed in ~his Agreement, including without lim~tation in accordance with Condi~~ans C <br />~hrough ~ af ~his Agreement, and in accordance with ~he Spec~a~ Cond~tions identified in <br />Exhibit B, ~n return, the Board agrees to paymen~ of cost~ identified in this Agreemen~ according <br />to the Schedule far ~elease of Funds, attached as Exhibi~ A. <br />The Grantee agrees tha~ funds provided by the Board shall be used only for ~he purposes specified <br />in ~he grant applica~ion ~Exhibi~ H} and as detailed ~n Exhibits A and B, <br />C. Term of A reement <br />Th~s Ag~eement shall became effect~ve upon signature by all par~ies. Any changes to the pro~ec~ <br />mus~ be approved before ~mpiemen~ation and approved by all parties accord~ng ~o Section F, <br />Amendments. The;Project Comp~e~ion Report is due v~ithin 6~ days following grant complet~on. <br />The Gran~ee shall provide at least 25% nan~Board match fa~ the to~a~ amount of funding from the <br />Board unless otherwise specif ed in Exhibit B, ~ <br />D. Fun,d,ing Co„ndit~ions~ <br />The Board cer~ifies tha~ at the time this Agreement ~s written sufficien~ funds are au~horized for <br />e~penditure wi~hin the Board's current appropriation o~ ~imi~atian. Fundzng is con~ingen~ on ~he <br />Board receiv~ng suff cient e~penditure authoriza~~ons to allaw the Baard, in the exerc~~e of its <br />reasonable adm~nis~rative discretion, ta p~ovide the funding, The Baard may reduce ~he amount <br />of ~his grant if a reduc~~on in Oregon State Lottery revenues resuits in reduce~ funding to ~he <br />Board.
