From some <br /> research Lloyd has gathered and some other comparable data we were able to pull from some <br /> other appraisals, a preliminary estimate for the proposed take area should not exceed <br /> approximately $40,000. Please let us know if you wish for us to proceed with the appraisal and <br /> acquisition. We can complete the appraisal and then further discuss the appraisal findings prior <br /> to presenting the offer. <br /> On a related note - it was decided it would be best to obtain a good job number for preliminary <br /> research, appraisal, wetland delineation's, etc. for miscellaneous stormwater related projects <br /> which have not already been assigned a GJN.
