Proposal to Provide Wetland Resources Services <br /> Amazon Balllields Project <br /> 2 <br /> Task 4. Joint Permit Application Preparation (Optional): We will work with you to develop a defensible <br /> Project Purpose and Need Statement, Project Description, and Analysis of Impacts. For unavoidable <br /> impacts, we will develop strategies to replace the impacted wetland areas and functions, focusing on on- , <br /> site mitigation opportunities. We will document all decisions as required, complete the necessary forms <br /> <br /> °-ior wetland permit application, and will submit this to you for transmittal to the Oregon Division of State <br /> Lands and the US Army Corps of Engineers for review, processing and approval. We will remain <br /> available for additional coordination during the permit review process, although we anticipate the primary <br /> responsibility for this task wiil remain with your office. <br /> Procedurally, all documents will be provided to you in draft format for your review and feedback; final <br /> copies will be delivered to you for your transmittal to regulatory and permitting agencies for processing. <br /> Fees <br /> Satre Associates proposes to complete the services outlined above on an hourly basis, including anticipated <br /> reimbursable expenses, not-to-exceed the amounts itemized below. <br /> Task 1. Expenses will be additional to the above estimate, and the main expense items <br /> are anticipated to be photocopies and mileage. Sufficient copies will be made to distribute to State and <br /> Federal agencies, plus two for your purposes. If you desire moce copies, just let us know. <br /> Timeline <br /> We are prepared to commence services within 5 days following receipt of the signed proposal. We <br /> anticipate beginning the field work within 10 days, and the Report of Findings should be ready for your <br /> submittal within 4 weeks of your signing the contract. The Joint Permit Application should be ready for <br /> your review within another week, and ready for transmittal to the regulatory agencies within 2 weeks <br /> following the receipt of your review comments. <br /> <br />
