AMENDMENT N0.2 <br /> TO <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2004-05305 <br /> This Amendment is made to the West Eugene Wetlands Program Seedling Planting Contract between <br /> the City of Eugene (City) and Thompson Landscape Co. (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to amend section 0200 of exhibit B of the contract referenced above <br /> a$ follows: <br /> The amendment adjusts extends the contract to remain in effect until December 15, 2004. <br /> The amendment will not result in any changes to the overall contract dollar amount since the overall <br /> number of seedlings to be planted remains the same. <br /> Changes are emboldened. <br /> Planting timing <br /> Except as otherwise approved in writing by the City, planting shall be performed in two phases. The <br /> first phase shall commence within 10 business days after notification to proceed is provided by project <br /> manager and shall be completed no later than December 1 2003. The second phase shall also <br /> commence within 10 business days after notification to proceed is provided by project manager and <br /> shall be completed no later than December 1 S`", 2004.
