This contract was <br /> awarded to Thompson Landscape Co. Twenty wetland species currently being grown will be <br /> planted under this contract at two sites; Meadowlark Prairie (1135 funds) and Danebo <br /> (Mitigation Bank). The total # of plugs to be planted is 22,650 at $0.86 per plug foP a total <br /> cost of $19,479.00. <br /> • The mitigation bank is contracting to plant 5,200 plugs for a total cost of $4,472, using <br /> account code 536-9335-61739-995026 (GJN 3682). These plugs will be planted at the <br /> Danebo Mitigation Bank site. <br /> • The 1135 project is contracting to plant 17,450 plugs for a total cost of $15,007, using <br /> account code 531-9335-61739-905382 (GJN 3886, Lower Amazon Creek Restoration). <br /> These plugs will be planted in several locations throughout the 1135 project area of <br /> Parks end Open Meadowlark Prairie <br /> Space'Planning <br /> There will be two planting phases. The bulk of seedlings will be planted this <br /> f' ~ Maintenance October/November with approximately 5,000 plugs to be held over until Spring so that they <br /> can grow to larger size for planting. This is a unit price agreement so payment will be <br /> U an Forestry dependent on the actual number of plugs planted. There were a few substantial changes to <br /> Wetlands and Open the original RFB and the Finance Dept. believed that they would be best addressed in a <br /> Waterways separate amendment to the contract, rather than integrated into the contract itself.
