h. The Contractor shall proceed diligently with the <br /> <br /> ~r performance of the contract, pending final resolution of any request <br /> for relief, claim, appeal, or action arising under the contract, and <br /> comply with any decision of the Contracting Officer. <br /> 13. GRANT FUNDS REGULATIONS If any federal grant is made by <br /> this Agreement, then this Agreement and the parties are bound to the <br /> uniform federal administrative requirements for grants and <br /> cooperative agreements with state and local governments (32 CFR Part <br /> 33 for the Defense Dept.; 41 CFR Part 105-71 for GSA; etc.). <br /> 14. BUY AMERICAN ACT To the extent that federal funds are made <br /> available to non-federal parties under this agreement, each non- <br /> federal party is required to and does agree to comply with federal <br /> Buy American Act procedures. <br /> 15. Section 611 of the Treasury and Postal Service 1994 <br /> Appropriations Act The parties agree that no funds have or will be <br /> <br /> ~r spent on interagency financing of boards, commissions, councils, <br /> committees, or similar groups as prohibited by Section 611 of the <br /> Treasury and Postal Service 1994 Appropriations Act <br /> 16. GRATUITIES The parties acknowledge that offering <br /> gratuities to government employees is a criminal offense under <br /> federal and state law, and that the commission of such offense gives <br /> the parties the right to void the Agreement ab initio as well as to <br /> collect treble damages. <br /> 17. DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES OF PARTIES The names of the <br /> designated representatives of the parties and their addresses and <br /> telephone numbers shall be provided to each party by separate letter. <br /> 18. 18 U5C 1913 ANTI-LOBBYING PROHIBITION None of the federal <br /> money provided under this agreement shall, in absence of express <br /> 7 <br /> <br />
