At Kinney Park <br /> City Project Number 3951 <br /> PWR Project Number 1096 <br /> Dear Terry: <br /> This letter and its attachments (i. e., Scope of Work, Project Schedule and Fee Estimate) constitute our agreement to <br /> provide the City professional engineering services for its Upper Amazon Cr. At Kinney Park Project (#3951). All <br /> work will be performed in accordance with our existing price agreement (#0739-791-9971 #27) dated Apri128, <br /> 2003. <br /> As you know, this agreement covers predesign services only. PWR's approach to developing the project assumes <br /> our involvement in subsequent phases up to and including the construction phase. Based on our current <br /> understanding, we anticipate that our total fee for all authorized phases shall not exceed $50,000. In the event that <br /> this amount appears insufficient, PWR shall work with the City to obtain an appropriately executed contract <br /> amendment prior to proceeding. <br /> If this letter and its attachments are acceptable, please indicate your approval by signing the two copies provided <br /> where indicated and returning one for our files.
