At Kinney Park Project (#3951). All <br /> work will be performed in accordance with our existing price agreement (#0739-791-9971 #3) dated Apri128, 2004. <br /> As you know, the Predesign Phase (i.e. Phase I) has been completed for the Frank Kinney Park Project. This Phase <br /> II work will cover the remaining tasks needed to complete the design and carry the project through completion. <br /> If this letter and its attachments are acceptable, please indicate your approval by signing the two copies provided <br /> where indicated and returning one for our files.
