The contract needs extending as several of the art works chosen by the selection <br /> committee have yet to be installed. Several site related issues have postponed the installation of these works, <br /> including the need for coordination with other up-coming development projects, and potential impact on a nesting <br /> site of a sensitive species, the Western Pond Turtle. <br /> Approximately $2,000.00 remains to be spent on the contract, which%should cover costs for further project <br /> coordination and new site selection. <br /> The PW Director's signature is requested in order to be consistent with the original contract. <br /> Y . <br /> '~:v <br /> <br />
