Terry <br /> requested three proposals from contractors in a Qualified Pool and awarded the contract to CH2MHill as a result. He can <br /> therefore use their services for up to 150K (plus Change Orders up to 25%) for this project. <br /> In the event that Terry would like to use CH2MHill for other work related to this project later, he can do so per Admin Order 4.5.6 <br /> which I've included below. In order to be eligible for additional projects under this stipulation all other work outlined in <br /> amendments should be complete and the additional work should be identified with a new contract number that references the first <br /> set of agreements. <br /> Please let me know if you have any questions. <br /> Article 4.5.6 Contracts for Continuation of Work.
