AMENDMENT NO.ONE TO <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2005 - 00208 <br /> <br /> This Amendment is made to the Personal Services Contract dated November 16, 2004 , <br /> between the City of Eugene (City) and CH2M HILL (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> To add the Polk St. Outfall Project: Phase 1: Anaylse and identify opportunities and <br /> locations within the Polk St. watershed basin for water quality improvement facilities. <br /> In addition, price agreement: 0739-791-9971, is no longer valid.
