<br /> d <br /> PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> Architect and Engineer <br /> BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br /> Municipal Corporation <br /> AND: GeoScience, Inc. <br /> Contract No.: 2006-00236 <br /> This contract is being established per the terms and conditions of Personal <br /> Services Master Contract master contract #2003-00236 dated May 8, 2003, <br /> between the City of Eugene (City) and GeoScience, Inc. (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to the attached scope of work as outlined <br /> herein and the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> Project Description: The work will include a geotechnical investigation of <br /> the Polk Street water quality vault site for the purposes of design and <br /> construction issues. Two soil borings and the placement of a ground <br /> water monitoring device will be done.
