The first set will be work at the vault, and a <br /> subsequent package will be all other water quality units to be constructed. <br /> • In order to expedite the vault entry, CH2M HILL subcontracted Clearwater <br /> Environmental Services to perform the work. The addition of a subcontractor was <br /> unanticipated and added Health & Safety and administrative costs to the project budget <br /> that were not included in the original scope and budget estimate.
