Line items have been included on this invoice describing the <br /> changes to the current and past invoices. <br /> • Schedule milestones are aggressive and require all parties to make every effort to stick to <br /> review periods, etc. <br /> As indicated in the contract amendment scope and budget estimate, an assessment of <br /> the adequacy of the design budget would be done. As the vault design is completed and <br /> we receive survey data to begin design of the water quality units upstream of the vault, <br /> we will need to assess the change in the number of units to be designed, the level of <br /> design detail required and remaining budget.
