Two types of drawings are requested: <br /> 1. CADD format drawings to provide technical and graphic representation of <br /> specific design elements to project engineers and for construction bidding <br /> purposes. <br /> 2. Rendered drawings to provide illustrative graphic representation of specific <br /> design elements to the general public. <br /> TIMELINE <br /> 1. The first priority is for CADD drawings. Completed drawings are required by <br /> February 18"'. A review of preliminary work shall be completed by February 6"'. <br /> 2. Completed rendered drawings are required by March 26th. A review of <br /> preliminary work shall be completed by March 5"'. <br /> REQUIRED CADD DRAWINGS <br /> Additional drawings may be requested or substituted for those listed below. These <br /> drawings are listed in a priority order. <br /> 1. Midway parking lot (plan view, 10 scale) <br /> a. Updated automobile transportation requirements <br /> b. School bus pull out <br /> c. Space for group gatherings/ shelter/ planter <br /> d. Path circulation <br /> e. Bike parking, porta-poty location, drinking fountain, site furniture, signage <br /> f. Beach area <br /> 2. Midway parking lot (section view, 10 scale, west/east) <br /> a. Relationship of road, parking, sidewalk, retaining wall, trail, vegetation, <br /> beach area, pond <br /> 3. Midway parking lot (section view, 10 scale, north/south) <br /> a. Relationship of trail, retaining wall, gathering space, shelter, planter, <br /> parking <br /> <br />
