As we prepare for the <br /> public hearing, I am confident the project will be well received by planning <br /> staff and the general public. <br /> I am writing to you to request an .amendment to our existing contract to cover <br /> expenses not considered in the original scope of work. The project schedule <br /> was delayed to allow for property negotiations and design decisions related to <br /> the north-south trail along Debrick Slough. Per your direction, we updated the <br /> application narrative and site plan to reflect the changes. <br /> In addition, the original scope of services proposed to secure Greenway permit <br /> and zone change approval through the Hearings Official decision, not <br /> including plan revisions necessary to meet imposed conditions of approval <br /> and finalize the greenway agreement with the planning department. I believe <br /> we know enough about the project at this stage to estimate the time it will take <br /> <br /> ' us to revise the plans based on conditions of approval and coordinate the <br /> execution of a greenway agreement.
