PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon Municipal Corporation (City) AND: Satre Associates, P.C. (Contractor) CONTRACT NO.: 03-05322 RECITALS A. Contractor is engaged in the business of Planning and Landscape Architecture Services. B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in this agreement and Contractor is willing to provide such services on the terms and conditions set forth herein. C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: Exhibit A -City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions Exhibit B -Qualifications, Proposed Work Program, and Compensation Schedule . AGREEMENT 1. Services to be Provided. Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services: Planning services necessary to secure a Willamette Greenway Permit and Zone Change approval for the planned improvements at Delta Ponds. The statement of work is contained in the attached Exhibit B. 2. Time for Completion. Contractor shall commence the Work on February 10, 2003, and shall complete the Work prior to September 1, 2003. 3. Consideration. The consideration which City shall pay to Contractor, for both the Work performed by Contractor and the expenses incurred by Contractor in performing the Work, shall not exceed $11,000 based on the schedule of rates described in the attached Exhibit C. City shall make progress payments, based on monthly invoices from Contractor, together with a progress report containing a summary of the Work completed for which payment is requested. City's payment shall be made within 30 days after Contractor's statement. Contractor shall not be entitled to reimbursement for travel or other expenses unless specified on the attached schedule of rates. If Contractor is entitled to reimbursement for any such expenses, they shall be properly documented and submitted in accordance with City requirements.
