<br /> a <br /> City of Eugene Contract#2003-00212 <br /> EXHIBIT B <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Delta Ponds <br /> Oregon Solutions will help facilitate a collaborative process for government, non-profit, and <br /> business stakeholders to explore the opportunities for Delta Ponds to become a greater <br /> community asset. <br /> An Oregon Solutions staff person will: <br /> Identify agencies, organizations and businesses that aze needed to be part of the Oregon Solutions <br /> Team in collaboration with the CST coordinator, the convener and other key members of the <br /> project. Create a list of team members for revision by the convener. <br /> Help the team establish ground rules for working together and a problem statement. <br /> Help coordinate and staff team meetings as needed. <br /> Identify complementary opportunities that support any of the 10 Sustainable Community <br /> Objectives. <br /> Based on team discussions, draft a Declazation of Cooperation of team members' commitments <br /> to the solutions for their review and approval. <br /> Throughout the project, sustain strong lines of communication with the Oregon Solutions <br /> manager. <br /> Perforni any other administrative duties to help the team reach the declazation of cooperation. <br /> This work shall commence upon signing of the contract and shall be completed by Mazch 1, <br /> 2003. The deliverable for this contract shall be the Declazation of Cooperation signed by all the <br /> team members. <br /> This cover sheet and the City's original contract are to be sent to the City Recorder, The <br /> contractor should receive one original. The department is advised to keep a copy of the <br /> contract. <br /> <br />
