Comments from the <br /> City and FEMA during their review processes are assumed to be editorial in nature. <br /> Task 7 -Principal Time /Contract Management <br /> Project management time is allotted to select tasks for scheduling oversight, quality assurance, <br /> and coordination. Principal time is allotted for review and coordination of submittals, and <br /> prepazation/ review/submittal of invoices, review for legal consistency of contract documents, <br /> and subconsultant coordination. The principal and project manager will ensure that the <br /> appropriate company resources are made available for execution of this contract, and will ensure <br /> QA/QC for the overall effort. <br /> The proposed cost and schedule are attached in Attachments B and C. The cost to complete this <br /> work is based on negotiated contract billing rates for labor and materials and does not include <br /> any review fees or data fees chazged by any agencies. The proposed schedule may be adjusted <br /> based on turnazound times for review or changes to the initial contract authorization date. The <br /> proposed schedule assumes that comments received from the City and FEMA are editorial in <br /> nature and would not require major revisions to the hydraulic model.
