<br /> ! ~ <br /> PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> Architect and Engineer <br /> BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br /> Municipal Corporation <br /> AND: Tetra Tech/KCM, Inc. <br /> Contract No.: 2006-00237 <br /> This contract is being established per the terms and conditions of Personal <br /> Services Master Contract master contract #2005-00206 dated September 22, <br /> 2004, between the City of Eugene (City) and Tetra Tech/KCM (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to the attached scope of work as outlined <br /> herein and the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> Project Description: Contractor will provide additional FEMA coordination <br /> as necessary to ensure that CLOMR for the Eugene Delta Ponds Project <br /> is approved. Resubmit final CLOMR package and backup documentation. <br /> Send a copy of all materials to Oregon Division of State Lands. Coordinate <br /> if necessary, with Lane County floodplain staff and provide documentation <br /> or revise model as necessary to demonstrate no effect on McKenzie <br /> River confluence area. Begin work May 10, 2006 with completion date of <br /> January 1, 2007.
