Foust, located at 565 Leslie St. SE, Salem, Oregon 97301 (hereinafter referred to as the "Illustrator")will provide to: Sally Marcos, (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") located at the City of Eugene Public Works, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 (phone 541-682-8482), and estimates the fees associated with this project. Project Title Chinook Salmon Life Cycle (hereinafter referred to as the "Image / s" Project Descritition The Illustrator agrees to create a series of original images for the Chinook Salmon Life Cycle logo proj- ect that will be used by the Client for various uses. The 8.5 inch x 14 inch Image will include the follow- ing: • Illustration of the Delta Ponds of Eugene: will serve as a backdrop to the following illustrations: • Incubating Chinook Salmon eggs. • Chinook eggs hatching: • Young Chinook fry mature in the Delta Ponds at Eugene. • Young Chinook fry resting in the Columbia as they switch to a salt water environment. • The Chinook mature in the ocean over a period of about 4 years. • Mature Chinook begin their journey back.to their birthplace. • Reaching their destination the Chinook spawn and begin the cycle over. The Illustrator will provide an electronic file on CD that will contain the Images. These Images will be in Photocopy 5.0 PST and TIF formats unless otherwise specified by the Client. Grant of Rights All rights to the Chinook Salmon Life Cycle Images will transfer to the Client upon full payment of all fees and costs.
