The agreement made between the two governing agencies was that Lane <br /> County would pay for the work necessary to define its right of way and the City would <br /> pay for work necessary to get the needed right of way transferred to the City. <br /> Some items could not be precisely categorized, so a 50/50 split was made based on the <br /> fact that both entities benefit from the construction of the project. <br /> Previously, invoice # PW00885, dated 2/9/04, was sent to the City in the amount of <br /> $396.15. This invoice amount has been revised to $198.08 to reflect Lane County's <br /> portion of the costs. Enclosed are invoices for January and February costs incurred for <br /> this project. It is anticipated that most of the future costs related to this project will be the <br /> city's responsibility. <br /> Please call if you have any questions.
