At that time, an 1 S month process was anticipated. Due to the comprehensive <br /> nature of this undertaking, the necessary research, and the significant community input involved the <br /> effort has taken longer than anticipated. The draft plan was presented to Council in December 200'-4 and <br /> we are currently holding open houses to present the draft plan to the public in each of the six planning <br /> areas. We are in the final stages of this process and expect to complete the final plan in summer 2005. <br /> A previous amendment extended term of the contract. Through this contract amendment we seek to <br /> increase the total budget by $5,591 and modify the scope of services to accommodate the additional <br /> meetings and project management tasks required of the lengthened process. <br /> <br />
