This narrative accompanies the billing statement for the <br /> contract and describes the services and products provided for the budgeted tasks. <br /> Work Program, Timeline, Contract Status. Charges for the second quarter are $5,554 <br /> leaving a remaining balance of $17,159. The following is a brief status report and <br /> budget summary of each of the contract's major tasks: <br /> Task I -Project Coordination cost $452 this quarter. These charges included: <br /> • LCOG staff participation in the Mayor's Advisory Committee meetings. <br /> • Participation in staff correspondence and meetings. <br /> Task II -Community Profile. There were no charges for this task this quarter. This <br /> task has been completed. <br /> Task III -Parkland and Facility Inventory. Total charges for this task this quarter are <br /> $1,000. These charges included: <br /> • Working with City staff on the refinement of the GIS and database coverage <br /> of parks, recreation facilities, and open spaces. <br /> • Reviewed inventory data for consistency between databases and prior <br /> mapping. <br /> Task IV -Parkland and Facility Needs Assessment. Charges for this task are $760 <br /> and include: <br /> • Finalized residential land within safe walking distances to neighborhood <br /> parks. <br /> • Refined and finalized the service area of community/metropolitan parks. <br /> • Refined and finalized areas served by "any type of park„. <br /> • Provided background data for inventory. <br /> <br />
