This narrative accompanies the billing statement for the contract and describes the <br /> services and products provided for the budgeted tasks. <br /> Work Program, Timeline, Contract Status. Charges for the fourth quarter are $1,044 leaving <br /> a remaining balance of $11,846. The following is a brief status report and budget summary of <br /> each of the contract's major tasks: <br /> Task I -Project Coordination cost $283 this quarter. These charges included: <br /> • LCOG staff participation in the Mayor's Advisory Committee meetings. <br /> • Participation in staff correspondence and meetings. <br /> Task II -Community Profile. There were no charges for this task this quarter. This task <br /> has been completed. <br /> Task III -Parkland and Facility Inventory. Total charges for this task this quarter are $212. <br /> These charges included: <br /> • Working with City staff and consultant on reviewing population and demographic <br /> information. <br /> Task !V -Parkland and Facility Needs Assessment. There were no charges for this task <br /> this quarter. <br /> Task V -Mapping. Charges for this task total $205 for this quarter. Charges are for: <br /> Assisting with identifying and locating the City of Eugene Natural Resource Study sites. <br /> Due to changes in the Natural Resources Study, significant changes been made to sites on <br /> the inventory in the City of Eugene. <br /> Task VI -Project Management. Charges for this quarter were $212. This task included: <br /> • Coordinating internal staff efforts. <br /> • Quarterly reporting. <br /> Optional Tasks -Charges for this task were $130 this quarter and included: <br /> • Participation in the Community Design workshop <br /> <br />
