This narrative accompanies the billing statement for the contract <br /> and describes the services and products provided for the budgeted tasks. <br /> Work Program, Timeline, Contract Status. Charges for the fourth quarter are $4,544 <br /> leaving a remaining balance of $5,456 (55°I°). The following is a brief status report of <br /> work completed: <br /> ~r' • Integrated staff suggested revisions into Access database <br /> • Completed the final Access database <br /> • Uploaded data from the excel spreadsheet into the database <br /> • Resolved issues related to database and GIS integration <br /> • Met with City technical staff to resolve outstanding issues <br /> • Integrated natural resource and open space elements into database and <br /> GIS layers <br /> • Refined school inventory elements <br /> <br />
