No red flags on the budget or
estimate, therefore please go ahead with the go-ahead for 2G. The predicted remainder of $39k could be very useful
elsewhere. Thanks for the summary and check in. -R
From: RICHARDSOfV Philip S
Sent: Tuesday, May 29, 2007 2:54 PM
To: HOSTICK Robin A
Subject: FW: Candlelight Park completion
fyi
- Philip
Messages to and from this email address maybe available to the public under Oregon Public Records law.
From: MILOVICH Scott R
Sent: Tuesday, May 29, 2007 11:39 AM
To: RICHARDSON Philip S
Subject: Candlelight Park completion
Philip,
I finally have costs from 2G to finish Candleight Park. The contract cost to finish everything out is $97,667. I'm still
waiting for a breakdown on all of that, but in my phone discussion with the contractor it seemed to be in line with our
estimates and the unit costs of all items remaining to complete.
From all of the cost and budget data that I can interpret, the budget for the project is $1,264,538 and our expenses to
date are $1,079,432. I estimate about about $12,000 in PSF to finish and there will be retainage to be paid at the end
of the project that should be worth about $45,000. The grand total is $1,225,099 with $39,439 remaining. This is my
first look at the budget for some time so I may have missed something. Look the numbers over and see if there are
any red flags for you. If not, I'm going to give 2G the go-ahead to finish up the work.
Thanks,
Scott
1
