Cascade <br /> Escrow shall not be concerned with oral directives, earnest money agreements or <br /> other writings other than an agreed express written amendment to these <br /> instructions. we agree that inspections and/or repairs are paid outside of <br /> escrow, unless they are set out in the attached closing statement. <br /> Seller and Buyer are hereby informed that Cascade Escrow deposits all funds <br /> into a non-interest bearing account and receives or may receive certain bank <br /> services including, but not limited to, checks, deposit slips, data processing <br /> and account services from or through various banks as a result of the banking <br /> relationships maintained in the regular course of its escrow and affiliates's <br /> business. Seller and Buyer each waive any and all rights or claims with <br /> respect to such bank services received by Cascade Escrow or any affiliates <br /> thereof. A Good Faith estimate of the value of the bank services received is <br /> $50.00 per escrow transaction. This disclosure is made in compliance with Oregon <br /> Administrative Rule 863-50-065.
