March 1 S, 2005 <br /> Debbie: <br /> Have enclosed a check request for a right of way purchase and the offer letter we <br /> sent to the Cleveland's, Mr. Cleveland has died within the last month and the <br /> project manager has talked to Mrs. Cleveland and she wants to go ahead with <br /> the project, so t am ordering the check to pay her for the small amount of right of <br /> way we need. <br /> I have not obtained her SS# as the check is for less than $600, Is that <br /> <br /> acceptable?
