The final <br /> deliverables will include a complete vellum copy and a digital copy (ACAD2000) of the entire construction set. <br /> Construction Documents <br /> Based on the approved design development documents and any fizrther adjustments in the scope or quality of the <br /> project or in the construction budget authorized by the owner, Schirmer, Schlesinger + Associates Inc. shall <br /> prepare for approval by the owner a construction document set of drawings consisting of drawings and <br /> specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the project. The construction drawing <br /> set will include, but is not limited to, a site plan, foundation plan, layout plan, grading plan, construction details, <br /> lighting plan, and a planting.
