The pump pit w~11 be constructed as a sunken caisson. A <br /> connection will be made to the existing adjacent pump pit. The caisson is to be approximately <br /> 12 feet in diameter and 30 feet deep. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK: <br /> M. R. Richards Engineering Inc. proposes to provide structural engineering services for the Division <br /> Pump Station project. The work will include review of the existing construction documents, site <br /> visits, structural analysts, design, preparation of construction drawings end preparation of technical <br /> specifications. Construction period services will include response to contractor questions, review <br /> of shop drawings end site visits at appropriate Intervals. Drawing and other documents will be <br /> <br /> .prepared for schematic, design development, 75°k construction documents and 100% construction <br /> document submittals. <br /> FEE: <br /> Compensation is to be based on time and expenses in accordance with the firms' current fee schedule, <br /> attached. The total fee for services Is not-to-exceed $4,500.00 without prior arrangements. <br /> 'Reimbursable expenses are estimated to be $500.00. Additional or extra services, if required, will be <br /> invoiced in accordance with the firms' current fee schedule. <br /> TERMS AND CONDfT10NS: <br /> I!n accordance with AIA document C141 or a mutually agreed upon alternative.
