The City will provide detailed survey data for <br /> each playground site in AutoCAD 2000 format. <br /> Products: Agenda, preliminary work plan, including scope of work, <br /> project timeline, and budget <br /> Z.0 TEAM MEETINGS <br /> MIG will conduct two meetings with the City Staff Team to coardinate <br /> events, review work products, refine plans and develop recommendations. <br /> MIG will prepare agendas and handouts for each meeting. City staff will <br /> produce meeting minutes. <br /> Products: Agendas, handouts <br /> 3.0 PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> MIG will provide on-going project management throughout the project. <br /> MIG will coordinate with the City's project manager to review the project <br /> status and ensure project success. <br /> RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS <br /> 4.0 CONTEXT ANALYSIS <br /> MIG will analyze available information regarding each park and play area <br /> site to develop an understanding of site history, physical conditions and <br /> community issues, including relevant information from the PROS <br /> Comprehensive Plan outreach efforts.
