ATTACHMENT A <br /> <br /> ~ Lane Council of Governments <br /> Grant Writing Services Proposal for City of Eugene Parks & Open Space <br /> October 21, 2003 <br /> Lane Council of Governments (LCOG) is pleased to respond to the City of Eugene Parks and <br /> Open Space Department's request for a proposal for Grant Writing Services in support of the <br /> Riverplay Park Improvement Project. <br /> Christine Puetz, LCOG Resource Development Specialist, will act as primary staff person for <br /> this proposal.
