EUGENE CO#2004-05321 <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> AMENDMENT #6 <br /> WHEREAS, Lane Council of Governments, an organization of governments within Lane <br /> County, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as LCOG, and City of Eugene, hereinafter referred to <br /> as CITY entered into an intergovernmental agreement on November 6, 2003 for grant writing <br /> services in support of the RiverPlay Park Improvement Project. The agreement has been <br /> subsequently amended resulting in additional services to CITY, compensation increases <br /> totaling $16,400, and extending the ending date through June 30, 2005. <br /> WHEREAS, LCOG and CITY mutually agree to the following amendments to the contract: <br /> 1. The date will be extended through December 31, 2005. <br /> 2. The scope of work will be amended to include additional Grant Writing tasks as <br /> outlined in Attachment A. <br /> 3. The compensation will be increased by $10,000 to cover the additional tasks, for <br /> an agreement total not to exceed $30,600. <br /> I~!
